I cut out my biggest weakness a while ago and that is soda. It now hurts to drink it. I'm now trying to change how I do snacking. I'm a HUGE snack person. So instead of snacking on junk food or just what ever is around I'm switching to healthier foods. One of my favorite snacks is yellow and orange bell peppers, sometimes with hummus! One bell pepper keeps me full for hours.
