Here is what I ate last week.  My cheat meal was a bacon cheeseburger, parmesan fries, and a milkshake at my favorite burger joint.  Snack attacks were managed by delicious edamame.

I don't count calories or follow a diet plan, I just police my choices and portioning.  Also, no salads allowed.

Breakfast: Spinach & mushroom omelet w/ pepperjack cheese, two slices of bacon, and a banana

PWOChocolate protein shake

Dinner: Crockpot beef & broccoli w/ brown rice
