Here's what I ate last week.  My cheat meal's going to be hot wings and nachos and football food this afternoon.  Snacks were these tasty portioned packs of Trader Joes trail mix.

BreakfastSpinach, mushroom, and pepperjack omelet with bacon and sliced apple

PWOChocolate protein shake

DinnerGrilled catfish, corn on the cob, and mixed greens

Might do tuna steak or something this week if they've got anything good at the seafood counter.
