Here's what I ate last week. My cheat meal's going to be hot wings and nachos and football food this afternoon. Snacks were these tasty portioned packs of Trader Joes trail mix.
Breakfast: Spinach, mushroom, and pepperjack omelet with bacon and sliced apple
PWO: Chocolate protein shake
Dinner: Grilled catfish, corn on the cob, and mixed greens
Might do tuna steak or something this week if they've got anything good at the seafood counter.
