Have any of you tried apple cider vinegar? I often hear of people trying it, either taking it as a drink in the morning or by other means. I recently decided to add it to my water intake.
For water, I go by the "half your body weight in ounces" theory. For me, it works out to over a gallon of water a day. 160 ounces actually. So, I mix 5 tablespoons of vinegar with a gallon of water. While I'm not sure if it is the miracle weight loss cure people are looking for, I can say it will help alkalinize the blood. I suffer from gout, and it recently helped me get through an attack (along with the medication I take).
If you are considering it, be sure to use apple cider vinegar with the mother. Look for Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar.
