Hello Everyone! I'm in desperate need of some ideas for "snacking"!! I'm having a rough time. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Sign in to CommentI like to have nuts, fruit, celery or apples with peanut butter or hummus, or a cup of flavored tea will take my cravings away as well. I find that I reach for snacks out of habit and not always because I'm hungry, so sometimes just a glass of water works. Good Luck!
are you following any specific Diet? sugarless pudding is pretty good, nuts, trail mix, fiber one cinnamon roll, granola dipps, pretzels, chips and salsa, for a real treat I take salsa with shredded cheese on it with low calorie sour cream, with baked scoops, that ends up being a lot of calories but it also fills you up and makes you feel like you are eating nachos at a hockey game...!!!
