I found my 'hard to lose' weight.

I have done diet bet in the past and I just opened up the web site and started looking around. I see your post. I weigh 155 and I am 63 years old, so would have to loose 6# in 4 weeks. Seems hard. I have been eating Paleo for about 5 years, meaning no grains(no wheat, corn, no donuts, bagels, waffles, pancakes) If I cheat it is having a cookie, but NOT often. What I am saying is, look into Paleo. Then you "just say no" to all things wheat and grains. I am a nurse, and believe me, since I have gone Paleo, it has really been great to just say no when co workers bring in donuts, bagels and pizza for sure. When you travel, you say no to bread like we do when we go out to eat. So...for me to loose weight, I will have to track calories, exercise regularly, and probably no milk products, and NO cheating on any wheat. You will feel better too. So I am thinking after this weekend, I will do another diet bet. Hang in there, so you can get to your goal, and I will think of your hard challenges when I start. I live in San Diego, so I have fresh vegetables more at hand around here. Best of luck. P.S. you are being a very good role model to your husband, and anyone that you work with. I know because over time, my co workers don't even ask me if I want to go in and share when they order out Pizza. My husband is the one that got me to do Paleo.
