um... so that's 420g of sugar a day... just so you know

The sugar in bananas, or whatever other fruit is not the same as table sugar, it's much easier for the body to digest and things like this and potassium are much more highly needed when having higher level of activity like an athlete or working out a lot more. Help with muscle healing and development which in turn helps get leaner in assistance with loosing fat stored in the body. Fruits will always be better than a box of cinnamon toast crunch cereal or packs of twinkies, donuts, or whatever people crave these days.
