Hi! So, I didn't quite start the day off well. This might just be because I had a snack stash at work, skipped breakfast, and...*Sigh*, at least the diet bet for 10% doesn't start until tomorrow. My snack stash included 2 airhead bars, 1 heath chocolate bar, and an entire packet of ritz cheese crackers, plus a glass of skim milk. For lunch, I'm most likely simply going to Barnes and Nobles, grabbing myself a pair of earphones, and checking to see if the nearby gym is open. If so, I'll leave work at 4 and go to the gym. If not, I guess I'll stay here. Today's calorie intake is 120+210+450+110=890 calories. Needless to say, I don't need to eat anything the rest of the day. I'll just live on my kiwi tea. That's good, right? For tomorrow, I'm most likely to prep a salad for lunch and maybe go out and get a bubble tea smoothie. For dinner, I'm most likely going to have skim milk, and maybe a little bit of chicken, just for a taste. This morning I worked out using the elliptical, burning 220 calories. I wish I had a fitbit, though, so I could accurately measure the amount of calories I'm truly burning. I understand that the goal for me, as I weighed in at 167 today, would be 150.5 by January 28, but I'm hoping for 117, unless that's too little. I think I didn't wear the proper attire for my official weigh-in, but I really don't know.

Sign in to CommentI hope you didn't top out your calories at around 900! That's too few, even if you're petite with a tiny frame. If you starve yourself, you're going to lose muscle mass and slow down your metabolism. Please be careful.
I can relate to wanting to hit your goal weight ASAP, but I have learned the hard way that whatever you do to get yourself into shape is what you have to do to stay in shape, and if you don't intend to keep up a hardcore diet and exercise regimen forever, you'd be better off with a moderate diet and exercise plan (and slower weight loss) that's sustainable.

Thanks! I pretty much did that, and I did go on a run afterwards. I felt a lot happier than I probably would have if I had simply done what I planned. I felt more satisfied and not hungry. I just need to gradually slow and stop those cravings that lead to binges.
Shake off the morning and eat your lunch! You set yourself up for a binge if you starve yourself the rest of the day. These thing happen to all of us--hang in there!
