I normally eat a lot more than I'm currently eating (Milk for breakfast, Salad for lunch, and milk for dinner) and naturally, I feel cravings for food! What do you do when you have a craving? Do you let it pass? Or do you give in a little bit?

Sign in to CommentI don't have normal milk....It's protein milk, while I also do eat salad with a lot of chicken and tofu. It's not bad, and I don't really feel hungry throughout the day. I'm just attempting to stop snacking, which is what leads to *my* weight gain.
On that starvation mode plan your body is craving what it HAS to have. I encourage you to try a healthier plan
If I'm not mistaken, you *have* to eat real food to lose weight, as paradoxical as that may sound. I think you should throw some more protein and healthy fat in there--grilled chicken, avocado, etc.--and see how you feel!
