We all know that the best reason to lose weight is to feel better and to improve your health.  But let's be honest here--there's nothing wrong with holding the image of you walking down the beach looking and feeling great in a bikini!  I have a friend coming over for dinner who is working hard at losing weight.  I sent her a description of what I was planning on serving and she thanked me for offering "figure friendly foods".  I had never thought of them that way, but I see that phrase is going to be in the front of my mind for at least the next month.  Do I want some extra cheese pizza?  No thank you, it's not a "figure friendly food".   A good filter toward making healthy choices.
