So I bought myself a FitBit one, and I'm in love! It tracks how far I've gone, how many calories I've burned, how well I sleep, along with a few other things. The app let's me create a food plan, which helps me figure out how much I should eat and how much I need to workout in order to hit my 4% goal. Plus, it makes counting calories not a daunting task anymore! I can scan the barcodes of food I'm eating, then say how much of it I ate and it'll total the calories (plus sodium, carbs, potassium, etc) for the day. So far today, I've taken 752 calories in and burned 992 calories after taking 2,950 steps... And it's only 11:30am! I have to have a 750 calorie deficit each day in order to lose about 1.3lbs per week. My goal is 8,000 steps a day, which I might bump up to 10,000 if it seems too easy. I linked my FitBit app to this challenge, so I'll try to post my achievements when I hit my goals :)

I too have a fitbit and I LOVE It! I think it's a great tool just to stay on task. If you find friends on fitbit it's also much easier (because it's like a game you have to beat someone else at)... or at least it is for me ;)
