I want to get back to August 2104.
When I was fit and trim weighing 54kg and loving life, not stiff and muscle sore even when I haven't done any weight sessions.
I'm lethargic and not happy with my weight at the moment and I am looking forward to kicking my own BUTT.
I've uploaded a reminder of where I want to be....... With my training in the gym just starting again I have it all mapped out :-)
