I use a stationary bike for 45 minutes, then weight train and do a couple yoga poses for 15 minutes. Then I do a page from the book 100 No-Equipment Exercises. When I say I weight train, I use weights, balls, bands, and a kettlebell. I just got a type of ab rolling device I'm excited to be using. It really gets the abs going.
