Time for change is now. I am motivating myself and others to begin living healthier. Together we can support and motivate each other. I am a single mom who isalways on the go working or helping others. Now I am taking the steps to help myself. My goals are weight loss, increase endurance, energy and more importantly I want to motivate others to join me and let’s rock this together
