I am ready, ready to shed the poiunds ready for a new me. I am going to try my hardest to earn my money back in 30 days. 30 days to a new me can't be so hard right? Wrong! When it comes to family I put my family first but for the next 30 days I am going to try to put me first.
I have planned out this weeks dinners and hope that I can hit my goals this week of 180g protein and carbs and 40 grams of fat each day with 1800 cal intake and hopefully 1 2100cal output a day. I also ordered a fitbit so I can keep track of activitiy.
These are the meals I have planned out.
During work my Breakfast and lunches and snacks are usually the same every week but this is my plan for week one . If by next week I don't lose any weight I am going to drop my calorie intake by 200cal

Activia Greek Vanila
Quaker Oats Warm and crunchy granola 1/2 packet mixed in activia
Lunch and snack
larce Chicken salad
quest brownie bar
Dinners for the week
Stuffed porkchop with spinach and feta with zuchini/tomato sticks
Chicken Kabobs with corn on cob
Chicken Burrito Bowl with rice and black beans
Lean steak with roasted red potatoes and broccoli
Tuesday I will be out of town and that is day one so unfortuntly I will be eating out all day but will keep it slim
I always always crave late night snacks. I am going to have to find soemthing to fill this void as its usually late night so I will have to come up with eating something small earlier or not eat anything at all
