Today is day 1 for me even though it doesn't start till tomorrow.
Last night i bought both of Chris's books. I am going to incorporate his carb cycling plan the next month to see if this is truly the diet for me. I have tried so many diets i have failed at all of them.
I have made my weight visible, to hold myself accountable for my weight and stop hiding it. I need to stop hiding my addiction to food and to get my butt moving more.
I work sitting down 8 hours a day and it has gotten me no where but weight gain its time to take the other 8 hours I am awake and do something with it. I need to spend more time with my son and I need to spend more time being active and not on the computer or sitting down as soon as I get home.
I am ready for change, I need to change. My back and neck are in bad shape and in order for me to gain back my strength I need to do something instead of waiting for it to fix itself.
I am going to train my body to get up earlier. Right now I am up at 5:30 but I need to get up around 5:15 as I have a new work shift starting in September.
This morning I did one of Chris's workouts from his book a super circuit. Today is also my low carb day so today wont be so much fun but at least I dont have my trainer tonight so I can deal with the low carb, I am also "planning " on going to the gym before I pick my son up from camp. I guess we will see how that goes as I always say this and never go.
Food Scheudle for today
6 am I had a greek yogurt with granola
9am I am going to have my protein shake
12p, I brought purdue chicken 3oz with romaine 3oz , blue berries 1cup
3pm I brought a quest cashew protein bar.
for dinner tonight it will be spinach and feta stuffed pork chops yum, evening time is the worst for me.

My goal in calories this week is to stay in the range of 1300 and 1600 which will be very hard as my body is use to 2000 so I will prob start off in the 1600 this week and work my way down to 1300 the next few weeks.
