So here I was on a Friday night, feeling lazy. "I can skip my workout today and do a double tomorrow," I told myself. Yeah. Right.
So long story short, I did it and absolutely loved it. I may have started at 11 o'clock at night, but I did it none-the-less. At first I thought that I would hate Piyo because it seemed like a lot of jumping around with some yoga and Pilates thrown in here and there. Today's workout Define: Lower Body was basically a moderate yoga class and it was near and dear to my heart. Flexibility has always been my biggest strength and for the first time in a while, I didn't feel like a fish out of water. I felt GOOD while working out. What a concept.
Alas, I don't think yoga alone is going to get me the lean, toned physique that I long for, but at least I have rediscovered what make me tick in the realm of exercise. Hooray!
