Whenever I feel stuck,  I have the tendency to look back. I'm always trying to figure out how I got HERE.  Why am I feeling this way?  What's different? Essentially,  WHAaat changed? It's the stops and starts for me. The struggles with motivation and discipline. The one constant that I have found as I've looked back,  is the exercise. THAT,  is the difference. THAT is where I see my highs and lows mentally and physically. More to come on the mental benefits, because that is really where my focus will stay as I dive in to this challenge once again.
