Doing one thing different. .. makes a difference ! I've cut out all bread, crackers and anything made with wheat flour in general. Today is day 4 .... the cravings have been intense! ! Hoping today is easier! Mental clarity is my main goal but the weight loss that comes from eating only whole foods is a definite bonus! I decided to focus solely on the nutrition aspect for week one.
