I have followed (or at least purchased) many health and fitness programs and plans. Most of them come with a journal or log.
None of them really matched my way. So I decided to build up my own.
I like it simple, but mostly visual.
I want to be able to go back to my notes and check what I did back in times for what worked.
so I made it in Excel (but could do in Words or anything that allows for a Table setting) using a Time bar in the center to cover very early morning til late at nitght by 30min increments. On one side I note my physical activities (workout, stretching, foam rolling, massage,yoga (incl. breathing) etc...) On the other side I note anything I swallow (food, drinks, supplements, vitamins,etc...).
I color-code my notes, and voilà!
Pretty simple!
I tried it for 3 days, and will use it consistently over Zuzka's new year's resolution bet (21 jan-18Feb).
