In my first 40 years I never was interested about health and wellness, eating all that my gluttony suggested me, leading a sedentary life crawling from the office desk to the home sofa, filling up my mind with all the bullshits from TV..
Without tumbling to it, I became overweight, shortness of breath when upstairs, the nighttime sleep continuously fragmented by sudden awakening…and something in my mind at last…clicked: I start to take care of myself, eating healthy, training my body, step by step.
The more I did, the better I feel!
At the beginning they were very little steps, but keeping focused I loosed my extra weight, finishing a lot of marathons and became an ultratrailer, discovering in the run my inner passion!
Reading tons of articles or books I’m now very interested about natural medicine, listening to my body and its signals: aim myself to the natural products was a fundamental step for the health and the wellness.
