As you may know , I have been coughing (tracheitis) for the last 6 days and the flu is hitting our area currently. So it may be the stage 1 of flu. I am happy I did a great job that it doesn't evolve in stage 2 (fever and sore muscles), but it doesn't seem to end. However flu is meant to last 5-7 days, so I should be done soon.

It is day 11 today, so what is my plan?

Today will be a ramping up day: yoga (mobility, foam roll, flexibility exercises mainly)

THEN, I will follow Shaun Hadsall's " 14 day rapid fatloss"...I have done it 2-3 times and this is no joke!

It is strategic and this is what I need to make it efficient over the coming 17 days.(resistance training, burst, total bodyweight exercises, fun and varied along with precise women/men nutrition day by day, meal by meal) I like it very much.It gives rules of thumb (my preference so I can adapt) or precise protocols if you prefer.

Below is the daily log I have put in place and I really like it.I have the color-coding for a general overview, but also the details: it is a breakdown 30min by 30 min, with anything related to my body and wellbeing on the leftside, and anything I ingest on the right-side.

Also a monthly planner I have been user for a year or so. Do you recognize the cover page?
