I've met my goal for the six month transformer dietbet game that I'm in, and it only took a month and a half to reach that 10% weight loss. (What a great motivater cash is!) BUT... I still have a lot of weight to lose to meet my personal goal. And I'm feeling discouraged, because I'm not even half way there.
So, in hopes of motivating myself, I've joined another DietBet game (a one month kickstarter.) Hopefully that will help me focus. I'm better at short-term goals, anyway.
I'm still doing Intermittent Fasting, and it still seems to be working. I just want to be thin, already.
On a bright note, I'm starting to like water. Funny how that stuff can actually cure thirst. Who knew?
