I had a good day nutrition wise on Tuesday (Day 72) Exercise-wise, not so much, lol. More than anything I tried to get into it and couldn’t but hey, I did the 10km. I’m slowly but surely making up for the runs (2) that I missed last week. I went out with a friend for dinner and treated myself to a salad and a small dessert sampler with coffee. NSV: I can eat a small amount of dessert and not reach/want for more. BOOYAH.
Yesterday (Wednesday) was a great day. I had the day off!! So right off the bat that took away any time constraints or worries I had. I woke up at 8, made myself some delicious breakfast, went food shopping, and made an amazing lunch. Then I went out for my run. Soon after I got ready to go to the gym to do some strength training with a friend for about two hours. Came home exhausted but did some preparation for today’s lunch. All in all it was a very fulfilling day.
Today I woke up to see that I am at 77.3 kg. Wow. Just wow. The power of perseverance is being proved to me over and over again every diet bet that I make.
.9kg, 7 days. Let’s do this. I WILL WIN SHAUN’S DIETBET.

- Snack - 200g of greek yogurt with jam, protein shake, 200ml of whole milk with coffee

- Lunch – Sirloin Steak, Bell Peppers, Shitake Mushroom, Zucchini, Japanese Sweet Potato with Worchester sauce
- Dinner – Sushi (4 servings)
- Snack – ice cream (152 calories), protein bar, 200g of greek yogurt with jam, protein shake
Water: 4 Liters
Sleep: 6.5 hours
Exercise: 5.22km run (6:35/km) and 2 hour strength session (560 calories)
