Hey guys,
Long time no blog, lol. There were many reasons why I haven't updated the blog in the past few days but they all sound like excuses to me when I type them out.
So let's see... Where am I on my journey now? I think I have my eating 85% under control. I say 85% because sometimes there are days when I can't stop eating (like yesterday, ugh) but at least I don't have garbage in the house!
I have been getting super lazy with my workouts. This heat. I hate. Hate. Hate feeling sticky and disgusting all day and then going home only to think damn. I have to work out. But on day 130 (Wednesday) I got my butt into gear and I worked out that morning (it seems like the only solution) I did a circuit of 80 jumping jacks, 20 knee-pushups (one day I will be able to do military pushups...one day), 40 situps (Jesus Christ these were awful), 50 weighted squats, 20 weighted lunges (each side), 60 second wall sit. I felt great by the time I got done with it. You see that right there is totally doable for me and I can build up on it and make it my own!!
That night though I started to feel sore. BOY DID I FEEL SORE THIS MORNING. Erasing the chalkboard hurts lol. I am just here taking it one day at a time. BTW I lost the Powell Dietbet. I don't really feel bad though I have been busting my ass for four months! I need a well deserved break from kickstarters.
