It's so hard to get back in the habit of working out after a slack. I think the first day back at it is the hardest. Well, food is the hardest. You know. The sore feeling is one of my favorite things about working out. As long as I can sit on the toilet, anyway. Ha! Good job getting back to it. 85% is AWESOME. It's totally almost 100%, and 100% is an absurd goal, so you're doing great :)
