Love it! I got addicted to my jogs fast. I never knew I"d like running but turns out it's my thing! I can't seem to get my stamina past a certain point but I keep fighting the good fight and push myself. I figure eventually I will pass the current level. It may take losing my last handful of pounds. I imagine trying to run holding two 5 lb weights and I just can't . that's what I need to drop!
