I just started C25k! The first day I almost threw up. It was miserable. I HATED it. My side hurt, I couldn't breathe, I was dripping sweat, my core was sore and I wasn't even sure I could manage the drive home from the gym. But you know what? Day two was so much easier! And three! I did day one twice, so technically I finish week one today BUT I am already so encouraged by the progress I've made. It's exciting to see other people experiencing the same thing. Especially further into the program :)

Yes it is. I am on week 7 day 2. Running 25 mins. I never ever thought I could do it. I love running it feels so good and I can see a big change in my body
