Yesterday was rough, but I got through it lol. My body was so sore from the strength training I did before with my friend. I didn't even think that it was that heavy!!! I think I hurt a muscle in my hand though. Of course it was a muscle on my dominant hand. SIGH. Anyway I knew that my body gets really sore a day and a half after a workout so my best chance of getting a run in would be during the morning.

I got up at 5 am and I did it. I ran 7 km and went about my morning as usual. I was so proud of myself!! And then like I mentally crashed after 2 PM my body and my mind were just like+ "OMG, stop moving, stop thinking, just STOP."  I wanted to do two runs yesterday I really did but I knew that I was pushing my body way too much and that I would end up hurt myself. So I listened to my body. I went to sleep at 11:30 and woke up at 6:15 But I could've gone to sleep longer... 

As I am typing this I am in a hostel getting prepared for my night out in Osaka. Wish me luck on keeping my challenge. I feel pretty strong but hey, you never know right?

I'll put up my nutrition on Monday. I can't really think right now.
