Okay, I did everything I could today. I ate only fruit and veggies and drank loads of water. Seriously, you can eat a lot of veggies and still stay below 1200 kcal for the day. :D
I sweated like crazy. I burned close to 2000 kcal. I had some nice "bowel movement" (is that the correct english term? haha). So I don't think I could have done anymore today to make up for yesterday. If the scale wil not refect it tomorrow morning, then so be it. I can only try to keep on going and do it as well as I can, like Walt Disney said. :)
