ANY TIME WE ARE MAKING CHANGES IN OUR LIFESTYLE THERE ARE SOMETIMES A FEW SETBACKS , ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU MAY HAVE A FEW HEALTH SITUATIONS WHEN YOU START THE CHANGES . 

 A FEW SITUATIONS IN MY CASE , MY BODY BEING A TYPE 2 DIABETIC ,  SWELLING OF THE LEGS FROM THE KNEES DOWN AND UP TO A LEVEL  8 PAIN  DUE TO A SCIATIC  NERVE SITUATION I'VE HAD SINCE 2010 , DEPENDING ON THE DAY BEFORE ACTIVITY , MEDICINES TAKEN , AND AMOUNT OF SLEEP . ALL OF THESE FACTORS CAN EFFECT THE AMOUNT OF WEIGHT LOSS . 

 A FEW THINGS I DO TO HELP THESE SITUATIONS :

 WATCH THE FOODS I TAKE IN , EXTREME LIMIT ON PROCESSED , GMO , SUGAR , OR FRIED FOODS , 

  ANY OR ALL THESES COMBINATIONS CAUSES THE PAIN , SWELLING, BLOOD SUGAR AND BLOOD PRESSURE TO GO UP . 

 NOTE: BLOOD SUGAR OUT OF THE NORMAL RANGE HAS STOPPED ME FROM LOSING WEIGHT FOR AS MUCH AS 10 WEEKS OR MORE AT THE UPPER 400 LB RANGE .

     ALSO , INSTEAD OF SAYING I CANNOT DO THESE EXERCISES , INSTEAD I STARTED SEEKING WAYS TO MODIFY REGULAR EXERCISES TO WHERE MY BODY GETS THE EXERCISE WITHOUT THE INTENSITY FACTOR IN IT .USING LOW IMPACT MODIFIED EXERCISES.

  EVERYTHING IN LIFE IS ONE STEP AT A TIME , ALSO A LEARNING PROCESS , LISTEN TO WHAT YOUR BODY IS SHARING WITH YOU . 

 WHEN YOU EAT CERTAIN FOODS OR DRINK A PROTEIN SHAKE , PAY ATTENTION TO HOW YOU FEEL AND YOUR ENERGY LEVEL .

 THE MAIN THING IS NEVER EVER GIVE UP !

 DO WHAT YOU CAN TO HELP YOUR BODY TO HELP YOU TO ACHIEVE THE DESIRED RESULTS THAT YOU ARE SEEKING . 

 SO, AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE SLEEP THE BEST YOU CAN , FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE ,

 EAT REAL AND HEALTHY FOODS , AND EXERCISE , BE IT MODIFIED OR REGULAR ANY ACTIVITY (MOVEMENT) HELPS . 

 NO MATTER WHAT YOU ARE ALWAYS WORTH THE EFFORTS YOU ARE TAKING TO HELP YOU TO BE A MORE HAPPY , HEALTHY , BETTER FEELING , WITH A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE TO BE ABLE TO SHARE MORE TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS .
