IT'S WEIGH-IN DAY, MY STARTING WEIGH IS 447.2. SITUATIONS ARE A PART OF LIFE, ABOUT 10:00 P.M. LAST NIGHT MY BODY APPARENTLY PINCHED A NERVE TO MY RIGHT SHOULDER. THIS CHANGED MY PLAN FOR EXERCISE. I WAS PLANNING TO BE MODERATELY ACTIVE BUT WILL HAVE TO BE LIGHTLY ACTIVE UNTIL THIS SHOULDER PAIN IS GONE. AT THIS STARTING WEIGHT, 447.2, MY WATER INTAKE WILL NEED TO BE 224 OUNCES PER DAY.
MY TARGET WEIGH LOSS IS 17.9 LBS OR MORE WHICH WILL BRING MY WEIGH TO 429.3 OR LESS.
MY PLAN FOR DOING THIS IS:
1. I WILL REPEATED SAY TO MYSELF, SEVERAL TIMES PER DAY, " ON AUGUST 18TH,2014 I WILL WEIGH 425 LBS."
2. I WILL MODIFY EXERCISES USING ISOMETRICS, TUMMY TIGHTENERS 10 SECS FOR 10 SETS TWICE PER DAY, AND SWINGING OR ROCKING WITH FEET DOING HEEL TO TOE TO REPLACE WALKING FOR 20 MINUTES PER DAY ( INCREASING TO 30 MINUTES OR MORE).
3. SIMPLE EXERCISES WITHOUT WEIGHS, THEN BUILDING TO 10 LBS OF WEIGH.
I HOPE THAT EVERYONE HAS GREAT SUCCESS WITH THIS DIET BET AND LOSES THEIR 4% WITHOUT TOO MUCH STRUGGLE.A NEW LIFESTYLE AND NEW HABITS ARE ALWAYS WORTH THE EFFORT!
