So last week I only followed through on my mental health goals. I ended up with a cold and just got lazy.

I haven't gone super overboard on the food front, but things definitely could have been better. And exercise didn't really happen, except for one walk.

I'm not giving up though. Goals to Friday:

Nutrition: track food in my fitbook. I like the fitbook because it's a food tracker without focusing on calories so it's less of a mind game for me.


Exercise:  go for a walk tomorrow, go to aquafit on Wednesday, and a walk on Thursday. Today I also plan to dance around like a maniac while cleaning, but that doesn't 'count'.

Mental Health: start a new knitting project, engage in self-care
