Monday: Nike training 45min cardio surge then 28min balance basics with yoga
Tuesday: daily custom yoga session, horseback riding
Wednesday: Run 3miles with Scott, morning mix 16min yoga, horseback riding Stretched after run at trailhead instead of yoga.
Thursday: Nike training dynamic yoga 15min, daily yoga sesson, horseback riding with Kerry
Friday: daily custom yoga session, Jog 1.5miles with Scott
Saturday: Nike training Sweat + shape 30min, yoga 30min
Sunday: Run to trailhead 5miles, Flexible 15 15min yoga, and roll out for 20min
Doing better overall. Did some running this week but I did miss one day of working out and one yoga session. But overall feeling better and being more committed. Trying it again this week. If I can complete the full workout two weeks in a row I will kick it up a notch and give myself one day off a week.

Monday: 60 min of yoga (two programs)
Tuesday: Nike training fire drill 45min, stretch with short yoga session
Wednesday: 3mile run with Scott, stretch with a short yoga session
Thursday: Nike training dynamic yoga 15min, 30min yoga session
Friday: 30min yoga session, jog 1.5miles with Scott
Saturday: Nike training Sweat and shape 30min, 30min yoga session
Sunday: 5mile run, stretch with a short yoga session
