Monday: Nike training fire drill 45min

Tuesday: 60 min of yoga (two programs), horseback riding

Wednesday: 3mile run with Scott, stretch with a short yoga session, horseback riding

Thursday: Nike training dynamic yoga 15min, one 15 min and one 30min yoga session, horseback riding

Friday: 30min yoga session, horseback riding

Saturday: 30min yoga session, horseback riding, 5mile run

Sunday: 30min yoga session, horseback riding

(my nike training app session ends on Thursday but I am restarting it so I don’t know what it will make me do later this week. I am trying to put my longer runs back on Saturdays.)

 

I totally failed when the weekend hit in my workout and my diet. I was house sitting for a friend so between that, moving my boyfriend to his new apartment, and riding I just didn't have time to breath. I did max out my steps according to my fit bit making each day (Saturday-Monday) +15,000 steps. Time to get back on the wagon. Here is my workout plan for Tues-Sun.

Friday: 1.7mile jog loop, 30min yoga session, horseback riding

Saturday: 30min yoga session, horseback riding, 5mile run or backpacking

Sunday: 30min yoga session, horseback riding or backpacking
