I did manage to complete my exercises last week from the 3 categories I chose.  I have set no limits on the category definitions and they can be in any way shape or form I decide during the week in question as long as they are from those categories or groups or whatever I have chosen.  I can add others in too if I wish.  I only am telling myself to commit to each of these 3 exercise categories once that week any more is a bonus.

 

I finished 2 AeroPilates Workouts last week.  I finished 2 Blogilates Workouts last week.  I finished 1 workout using Beach Body on Demand Last week.  I chose to create my own workout each time with AeroPilates.  I focused on each area of the body a little bit and felt amazing afterwards.  I chose to do1 Blogilates video from Youtube last week and felt great after that.  I chose the Tony Horton 10 Minute Trainer Yoga Flex video from the Beach Body On Demand.  I chose one of his videos last week because I am participating in a Dietbet right now hosted by him.  

 

I also chose to do the Mandy Ingber Yogalosophy routine once last week.  I also added in some other Yoga poses and some other poses that I have done before from Blogilates videos or challenge calendars after the Yogalosophy.  

 

I walked some everday last week.  I have not gotten back on a roll at creating a streak for meeting my step goals for a while though.  I broke my streak last month after 135 days in a row inceasing teh goal by 500 steps after every 30 days in a row.  I was really upset when I broke the streak, but ever since then other things have seemed to be more of a priority.  I will pick it back up and build a new streak eventually.

 

All of this being said I will now explain my exercises I have planned for this week.  

 

I stayed with AeroPilates as one of my categories.  I can create my own workouts or find workouts from the DVDs that came with it out search for them online.

 

In honor of my very favorite exericse, I have chosen Yoga as another category.  I have a myriad of ways I can find Yoga practices for this week.  I can do Yogalosophy, I can do Yoga from Gaiam TV, I can create my own Yoga practice, I can use the Yoga Girl book I keep wanting to buy, I can use Suzanne Deason videos I have (or they are all on Gaiam TV too), I can do Yoga Flex again, I can do Yoga from Erin Motz - the Bad Yogi on Youtube (love her too!).  I can do any Yoga workout my heart chakra desires!  I will get it done and will love it!!!

 

My third one, I stayed with honoring the fact that I am participating in a Tony Horton Dietbet.  Instead of limiting myself to one service for finding his vidoes, I chose any Tony Horton video(s) as workouts this week.  I can use Beach Body on Demand, Youtube, Pop Sugar Fitness or anywhere else I find any of his workouts.  I love his enthusiasm as he talks you through his videos.  

 

Now, enough talking about it... let's all go get some exercise!!!
