While I was traveling, I was mindful of what I ate. First day, I order groceries online and have it delivered to our vacation home, and throughout the week, we ate at home for breakfast. When we ate out, we ate with portion control in mind. The restaurants we went to served small plates. Therefore, we were able to order a bunch of little plates, tried everything tasty, but not over eat. Once of twice, we even had cocktails.
I am fully ready to see the scale go up when I came home. But it stayed the same. Woo-Hoo.
