My weight stayed the same for the past week at 131.6 lbs. Today, my weight suddenly dropped to 128.3 IBS (lost 3.3 Ibs).
What a Miracle!
But thinking back, I can see why:
1. I replaced all cream & butter with avocado.
2. Lunch, focus on portion control on whatever I eat.
2. For dinner, I have green juice, 1-2 grape fruits, turkey slices, and the very healthy kind of crackers (for crunch).
The stuff I eat for dinner really help me digest fast! All the junk come out before bed :)
