Great day as far as 'recovery day' goes. A mellow Zumba class, an at home ab/upper body work out and 17K steps!
I do need to figure out what I want to do with my eating. i still waffle between following 21DF and doing intermittent fasting. But my husband is showing interest in doing 21DF with me, so maybe that will be the deal breaker.
Tomorrow, I run- ideally a 10km, but I have tired legs so we will see how things go.
