Well, this is day 2 and I am on my way. Walked for 35 minutes last night, a good brisk walk almost 2 miles. This morning breakfast was an egg, cheese and meat casserole. And I'm working on my 3rd glass of water. Fixing to eat a snack of a small plum and small peach.
My goal for today is getting to the gym to start lifting weights. There is NO excuse for me NOT to go. It is only a few steps from my apartment. Gonna have to crank up the music to keep me focused on the weights and not the fact that I will be by myself. But I've got this. I CAN DO IT!!!!
