Today is the first day and of course I had to go shopping. At Costco no less. I did very good however. I only bought helthy food. No Junk, no chips, and no Pizza. In fact I actually waited until I got home to eat. That never happens. LOL I decided to eat a couple of hard boiled eggs and some Honey Jalapeno Chicken for lunch. I have to say that the pre cooked hard boiled eggs from Costco are very yummy and dont smell like ones i would cook at home. What did everyone else do for their first day. :)

I started Focus T25 Beta and skipped dinner. I am not good with eating healthy but I can definitely eat less or not eat at all. I know it sounds bad. I will try to eat more fruits and drink more water each day.

I bought some cereal & apples, and measured out the cereal for on-the-go snacks with controlled portions. for lunch I had a grilled chicken, onion & portabello salad at Super Duper Burger. too bad I can't run every day - today is rest day
I made a fruit shake for breakfast and brought my lunch to work. Luckly it's been busy so no time to snack. I am getting so hungry and around this time I start to snack on candy at work but had yogurt instead....we are having chicken for dinner and my biggest challenge like always is late night snacking, so I will be working in that. THanks for starting the blog I really needed a push to lost 30 pounds I have put on in the last two years, so this is a great start :)

I also had Honey Jalapeno Chicken. It's very good, definitely a keeper recipe!
