I made a fruit shake for breakfast and brought my lunch to work. Luckly it's been busy so no time to snack. I am getting so hungry and around this time I start to snack on candy at work but had yogurt instead....we are having chicken for dinner and my biggest challenge like always is late night snacking, so I will be working in that. THanks for starting the blog I really needed a push to lost 30 pounds I have put on in the last two years, so this is a great start :)
