I love this Alyssa:) I think the online support of this diet bet will really help me reach my goals. I feel like I am a smart woman too and get so angry when I "reward" myself with junk on the weekends for eating healthy during the work week. The rewards are actually punishment to my body...the reward should be fresh fruits and veggies! I have noticed the impact of no exercise and poor diet in the last few years. I find myself with little energy and physically weak, hardly able to open heavy doors. I am only 36! This is too young to feel like I'm 70.I also have kids and am doing this equally for them and for myself. I want to be fit and strong and be able to play with them, go skiing and skating and biking - all things they love but have been forced to do by themselves since I have no energy to go with them.I used to be in shape and I know I will be again! I read in a Chris Powell's book about setting up a cheat day a week. A day when you have something you really like and on that day you have about 1000 calories more than normal. I was doing this and had forgot. You might want to give that a try and I am going to put that back in my game plan. Thanks your post remaindered me.
