Dieting is really hard for me. I am trying to keep my eyes on the prize and stay focused. I've been activily using MyFitnessPal and tracking my food and activity it really helps. It makes me feel more accountable and incontrol of what and how much I'm eating. 

I havent worked out since Saturday, but tonight is the night. Its harder for me to be active because I commute 90 minutes each way and sit at a desk all day. So after work and my drive I feel drained, and what to head straight home rather than detour to the gym.

 

I am going to stay strong and focused.  LETS DO THIS!!!
