Boy, am I ashamed of myself. I started off strong this morning with some fruity overnight oats, and lunch was a very healthy salad... then I had a few hours at home this afternoon without the fiance and daughter around, and boy, didn't I eat a full 8 oz bag of chips... and a bunch of pepperoni... and half a box of Fiber One treats... 

Tomorrow is a new start.. I'm trying not to beat myself up over this... for dinner I'm planning on making turkey burgers and fries for the family, but it's just a turkey burger and LOTS of water for me... but I feel really dejected..
