So it's the end of day 3, and... I'm already switching approaches to this diet.

I've never really been a healthy eater. Before I became pregnant in my final semester of college, I survived off of gummy bears, the green apple soda from Cumberland Farms, and buffalo Doritoes.  And my super speedy metabolism kept me thin-thin.

I packed on 50 pounds during pregnancy, and never really lost it.

So when I saw Ashley Freckleberry post about her new "Diet Bet" game, I thought I'd check it out. And I'd go hardcore. I chose the ketogenic diet, and these past 3 days I've stuck to it.  And my body already feel like crap.

Did you know on this diet, you can't eat fruit? Too many carbs. I'm also endlessly tired, and no matter how much sleep I get or how much water I drink, it won't stop. Maybe I'm whining too early, but looking at it objectively, it just doesn't seem healthy. Look into it if you've never heard of keto...

So this weekend I'm going grocery shopping, and I'm buying all the darn fruits and veggies I want, and I'm starting up Weight Watchers.  Is anyone else doing WW that has any advice?

Also, I'm planning a wedding, as well as paying off student loans, and have a 2 1/2 year old daughter. We don't have a gym membership or a treadmill in the budget, and our neighborhood is not always the nicest to go for a run...

Anyone have any suggestions for some rad in-home workouts?

Sorry for the rambles, y'all. I'm a bit spacey today. I blame the keto. ;)
