For at home workouts, I have a few Jillian Michaels DVDs that I like. The 30 Day Shred workout is about 30 minutes long, but you are working hard for those 30 minutes. It's short, and with a 2 1/2 year old, you'd likely be able to bang that out during her naps - of course, that's assuming she naps :).
