So I've read and posted about non-scale victories, but let's talk about non-scale goals. I came up with a lot of my own - some much closer than others. Some of them may never happen, but a girl can dream, right? What are some things you look forward to or hope will happen during your weight loss/fitness journey?
- Be able to wear something, anything from Forever/Rue 21
- Be able to wear an actual bikini
- Eliminate ankle pain
- One damn push up
- Single sizes
- Eliminate as much cellulite as possible
- Run one mile
- Not be terrified of someone taking my picture
- Fit in clothes from high school - or smaller
- Wear tank tops without being self conscious the whole time
- Ditto shorts
- Not fearing seeing an ex or old friend because "I'm not small enough yet!"
- Downward dog without my hands hurting
- Pick up a 100 lb person across-the-threshold style and be picked up that way
- Boobs bigger than belly
- Bike ride without wanting to die on hills
- To be small enough that someone doesn't recognize me
- Find out what my face looks like at a normal weight
- Stop wearing wide damn shoes
- Double take in a mirror
- Stop needing blood pressure medicine
- Fist pump during Wish next time NIN comes around without my arm jiggling
