Did you get a medal for your Fun Run? I'm a sucker for a participation medal. I value them as much as an Olympic gold medal!And if you ever figure out how to become immune to mosquitoes, we'll arrange to have you move to Canada where you could be our Queen! LOL!!!

"Canadian mosquitoes are the meanest in the world" as per this 'most reliable source': http://webs.vianet.ca/~silverss/hints.htm I don't know who this guy is, but his blog post title worked well to support my argument. For the record, I've had mosquito bites that cause something akin to a bruise nearly 4 inches in diameter - not an elegant look. It is possible that our respective mosquitoes are just as nasty, but the fact remains that we would bestow great honours upon the person who can figure out how to deal with them. Not into being a queen? How about being a senator? Given our current senate expense scandal, it has come to our attention that this gig is even sweeter than it seemed. :-))

Ok, so according to this article, Houston is only #5 in the US... http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation-now/2015/05/19/top-20-mosquito-cities-pest-control/27571673/ since Canada isn't a part of the survey I will trust that your mosquitoes are bad... but... swamp land. That reminds me I haven't called the mosquito truck request line today. They spray repellent by zipcode, but you can get your zip sprayed more if enough calls come in. We are ON IT. You guys could deal with them like we do, which is mostly to hide indoors as much as possible and wear deet indoors, ha!
