This DietBet has been a blessing in disguise. If it weren't for this challenge, I probably would still be saying, "I'm going to lose this weight...tomorrow...next week...next month." I'm about a pound away from my this month's goal and it feels great. No more procrastinating.
I do my workouts, even when I don't feel like it. And if I skip a day, I make it up the next day. I'm mindful of what I eat, although I have had a piece of cake and couple of homemade cookies, but I no longer eat the entire bag of cookies, I refrain from scarfing down a bag of m&m's (which I have in the pantry from making the cookies last weekend).
I haven't been tracking my weight watchers points the way I should though. It's hard to track points from homemade meals without putting the ingredients in the tracker as a recipe and portioning it out. That's were the lazy part of my comes in, but I know I'm doing good on that because the weight is coming off.
Hubby decided he wanted to compete with me to lose weight. He's not doing it the right way though, so when he puts it back plus another ten, I'm going to chide him ferociously. HaHaHa
